REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

By enrolling for any course at Kambaa Academy, you acknowledge and agree to our Refund and Cancellation Policy as outlined below:

Course Cancellation by Student

• Students who wish to cancel their enrollment must inform us in writing via email at contactus@kambaaacademy.com.
• Cancellations requested within 7 days of enrollment and before the commencement of classes will be eligible for a refund, subject to processing fees.
• No refunds will be issued once the classes have commenced, except under exceptional circumstances at the discretion of Kambaa Academy.

Course Cancellation by Kambaa Academy

• In the unlikely event that a course is cancelled by Kambaa Academy, students will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer their enrollment to another course of equal value.

Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
• Processing fees or transaction charges (if any) will be deducted from the refund amount.

Non-Refundable Fees

• Registration fees, if applicable, are strictly non-refundable.
• Any materials or resources provided are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered.
